10 Week Goalie Program on and off ice for 12U/14U @CDA Every Tuesday: June 3rd - August 5th Goalie off Ice Training 6:15-6:45pm On Ice Skills 7:10-8:10pm Sessions will provide a mixture of goalie specific mobility and functionality movements including: Flexibility Strength Hand Eye Coordination ALL sessions: CDA Acadamy, 3525 W Seltice Way, Coeur D Alene, ID 83814
