8 Week Goalie Program on and off ice for 12U/14U @CDA Every Wednesday: April 9th - May 28th Goalie Off-Ice Training - 6:00-6:30pm On Ice Skills- 6:50- 7:40pm Sessions will provide a mixture of goalie specific mobility and functionality movements including: Flexibility Strength Hand Eye Coordination ALL sessions: CDA Acadamy, 3525 W Seltice Way, Coeur D Alene, ID 83814
